Author Guidelines
Author's Responsibility
This Journal's primary goal is to provide authors with professional experience throughout manuscript review and publication stages. To achieve this, authors are also obliged to fulfil some responsibilities. Authors should ensure their work fits into the scope of the Journal and take care to refer to and abide by the Author's guidelines. Papers that do not fit the scope of the Journal and/or address the criteria outlined in the Author's guidelines will be returned without review. The Journal expects authors to:
- Respond quickly to any queries during the publication process.
- Be accountable for all aspects of your work, including any questions about accuracy or research integrity.
- Treat all communications between the Author and the journal editor as confidential until an editorial decision has been made.
- Include only authors who have made a substantial and meaningful contribution to the submission (anyone else involved in the paper should be listed in the acknowledgements).
- If your research involves human participants, you must ensure you have considered whether or not you require ethical approval for your research, and include this information as part of your submission.Â
Â
Ethics and Disclosure Guidelines
The Journal maintains high ethical standards at all levels of the review and publication of submissions received. Authors are to ensure that they follow the research and publishing ethics guidelines outlined by the Journal to avoid breaches of ethical standards. These include the following:
- All manuscripts submitted to the Journal must be original. The manuscript should not have been published before in its current or similar form. Provided any portion or substantial part of the paper has been published previously, the Author shall declare this information to the journal editor upon submission.
- The manuscript should not have been submitted to or be under consideration for publication by another journal.
- If you have a conflict of interest, you must declare it upon submission; this allows the editor to decide how they would like to proceed.
- By submitting your work to this Journal, you are guaranteeing that the work is not in infringement of any existing copyright.
- Where appropriate, the Author (s) must provide an ethical statement in their submitted work, confirming that their research received the necessary institutional and national (or international) ethical approvals. This statement should detail the ethics review committee's name and location, the approval number and date, and the relevant guidelines followed. It must also confirm that informed consent was obtained from all participants and that anonymity is preserved.
- Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
- Funding Sources: All financial support must be acknowledged in the manuscript.
Â
Third-party copyright permissions
Before submitting your manuscript, authors are to ensure that they have applied for, and received written permission to use any material that has been created by a third party. The Journal will not able to publish any article that still has permissions pending. The rights we require are:
- Non-exclusive rights to reproduce the material in the article or book chapter.
- Print and electronic rights.
- Worldwide English-language rights.
- To use the material for the life of the work. That means there should be no time restrictions on its re-use e.g. a one-year license.
Â
Corresponding Author
Before submitting a manuscript, authors should clearly designate a corresponding author. This is the individual responsible for managing communication with the Journal throughout the review and publication process. The corresponding Author will handles all editorial correspondence, responds to reviewer comments, ensures that all authors have approved the final version of the manuscript, and communicates with the journal post-publication if needed. Designating a corresponding author prior to submission helps streamline communication and avoids confusion during the review process.

Submitting manuscripts
Before submitting your manuscript, the Author must check that the work is complete, grammatically correct, and without spelling or typographical errors. It is important to take note of the following:
- The manuscript must fit into the scope of the Journal
- The manuscript must comply with our research and publishing ethics guidelines
- All necessary publishing permission must have been granted.
- The Author must have followed all the formatting requirements laid out in these author guidelines.
Â
The submission process
All manuscripts should be submitted through our editorial system by the corresponding Author. The only way to submit to the Journal is through the Journal's website not by email or through any third-party agent/company, journal representative, or website. Submissions should be done directly by the Author (s) through the website and not via a third-party proxy on their behalf.
Â
Post Submission
After successful submission, you will receive an automated email from the journal editor, confirming your submission. It will provide you with a manuscript number, which will be used in all future correspondence about your submission. If you have any reason to suspect the confirmation, email you receive might be fraudulent, please contact the journal editor in the first instance.
Â
Review and decision process
Each submission is checked by the editor. At this stage, the editors may choose to decline or unsubmit your manuscript if it doesn't fit the Journal's aims and scope, or they feel the language/manuscript quality is too low.
When the manuscript is certified as suitable for the publication, the editor will send it to at least two independent reviewers for double anonymous peer review. Once these reviewers have provided their feedback, the editor may decide to accept your manuscript, request minor or major revisions, or decline your work.

After acceptance
