Welcome to the 2026 E-Learning International Conference, the global platform dedicated to advancing the frontiers of learning through innovation, inclusion, and responsible action.
This year, we gather around a theme that is both timely and urgent: Harnessing AI and Emerging Digital Technologies to Advance Inclusive, Equitable, and Ethical Learning Ecosystems. As artificial intelligence rapidly reshapes every sector of society, education stands at a critical crossroads, one that demands not only technological adoption, but deliberate, values-driven leadership.

The promise of AI in education is immense. From personalised learning experiences to intelligent tutoring systems, from real-time accessibility tools to data-driven pedagogical insights, the possibilities are transformative. Yet these possibilities come with profound responsibilities. Who benefits? Who is left behind? Whose values are embedded in the algorithms that increasingly mediate learning? These are the questions that must guide us.

This conference is not just an event. It is a call to collective action —a convergence of educators, researchers, policymakers, technology developers, and development partners who believe that the future of learning must be shaped with equity and ethics at its core. Here, we bring local experiences into conversation with global insights, connect institutions with industry, and place learners, in all their diversity, at the very centre of every discussion.

As Convener, it is my honour to welcome you to this dynamic and ever-growing community. Whether you are building AI tools, designing curricula, leading institutions, shaping policy, or championing access for underserved learners, your voice and your work matter here.
Let this conference be a space where bold ideas are tested, partnerships are forged, and our collective commitment to meaningful, future-ready, and humane education is renewed.
