Exhibition Guidelines

All Exhibitors must adhere to the Guidelines below.

Location

The Great Hall, KNUST, Kumasi.

Setup

Exhibitors must complete setup by 8:00 AM on the first day of the conference.

Dismantling

All materials must be removed within 2 hours of the closing ceremony.

Payment Full payment is required to secure booth selection and branding inclusions.
